1. Enrollment and Participation:
By registering as an affiliate of Magnate Varsity, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Enrollment in the program is free and available to individuals aged 18 years or older.

2. Eligibility:
To become an affiliate, you must have an active website, blog, or social media platform related to education, personal development, or a relevant field. Magnate Varsity also allows influencers, past students, and individuals with relevant experience to enroll in the affiliate program. Magnate Varsity reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

3. Commissions and Revenue Sharing:
Affiliates will receive a commission for each eligible sale made through their unique referral link. The commission rates will be communicated to affiliates via email. The commission will be calculated based on the net revenue earned from eligible course purchases, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. Magnate Varsity will share revenue with affiliates up to 50% of the course purchase value.

4. Cookie Duration:
Affiliate referrals will be tracked using cookies with a duration of 7 days. Affiliates will receive a commission for eligible sales made within this cookie duration.

5. Promotion Guidelines:
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Magnate Varsity’s courses responsibly and ethically. Promotional methods such as spamming, misleading advertising, or any other activity that could harm the Magnate Varsity brand or reputation are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the termination of the affiliate’s account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

6. Payments:
Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly on the 10th of each month via wire transfer, Skrill, or PayPal. For Skrill and PayPal, a 3% transaction fee will be charged. The commission will be paid once the minimum payment threshold of R500 (equivalent to any currency) is reached. Any fraudulent activities or suspicious transactions will lead to the disqualification of the affiliate from receiving commissions.

7. Termination:
Both Magnate Varsity and affiliates have the right to terminate the affiliate partnership at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, any pending commissions will be paid out to the affiliate up to the date of termination, provided they meet the payment threshold.

8. Modifications:
Magnate Varsity reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email. Continued participation in the affiliate program after such modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability:
Magnate Varsity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
